With reference to your despatch No.83 of

7 27th February, 1935, I have the honour to enclose a

copy of a letter which I have caused to be sent to the

Wessex Aircraft Engineering Co., Ltd., in reply to an enquiry from that firm.

2. In view of the possibility of developments in this connection I should be obliged if I could be furnished with a copy of the regulations in force in England for the control of factories for the manufacture

of explosives.
